Daily KPI brief template for n8n

Every weekday at 8:00, read your KPI sheet, let an AI model write a 150-word brief with wins, risks and one action, and email it to the team.

How it works

  1. A schedule runs Monday to Friday at 8:00.
  2. All rows are read from your KPI sheet (one row per day).
  3. Rows are aggregated so the AI sees the last 7 days together.
  4. The AI writes three wins, three risks and one recommended action.
  5. The brief is emailed with today’s date in the subject.

Set it up in 10 minutes

  1. Connect Google Sheets, OpenAI and Gmail.
  2. Create a KPIs sheet with a date column and your metrics.
  3. Set the recipient address and adjust the schedule’s time zone in workflow settings.

Swap Google Sheets for your database, Stripe or analytics API to report on live numbers.
