About these terms

This website is operated by SixSol Technologies LLC (“SixSol”, “we”). By using it you agree to these terms. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which takes priority over this page.

Website content

Content on this site, including text, case studies and images, is provided for general information. Case studies describe work as delivered; client names and product images are shown with the client’s product publicly available or with permission. Do not copy or republish our content without permission.

No offer until agreed in writing

Prices on this site are starting points, not quotes. A project starts only when a written proposal or statement of work is accepted.

How projects are contracted

• Scope and milestones are agreed in writing, with acceptance criteria and a demo at each milestone.
• Payment is by milestone or monthly, as agreed. Work for a milestone is invoiced on delivery or as set out in the agreement.
• Ownership: on full payment, all intellectual property in the deliverables created for you, including source code and designs, is assigned to you. Open-source and third-party components remain under their own licences.
• Confidentiality: we keep your information confidential and will sign an NDA before receiving sensitive details.
• Warranty and support: we fix defects in delivered work reported within the warranty period stated in your agreement; ongoing support is available separately.

Liability

This website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Liability for project work is set out in the project agreement.

Governing law

Unless a project agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
