Who we are
This website is operated by SixSol Technologies LLC, Santa Monica, California, USA, with our engineering office at Office 202, 2nd Floor, Center 9, G-9 Markaz, Islamabad 44000, Pakistan. Contact: info@sixsol.co.uk.
What we collect
- Enquiries: the name, email, company and project details you send through our contact form, email, WhatsApp or a booked call.
- Client projects: business contact details and any data you give us access to so we can deliver the agreed work.
- Website use: standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver and support projects, keep our website secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Legal basis
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your request (pre-contract steps), the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing our business, and legal obligations.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers we use to operate (for example hosting, email and scheduling tools such as Calendly), under their own privacy terms, or when required by law.
International transfers
Our team works from the USA and Pakistan. Where data moves across borders we use appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, and limit access to people who need it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as the contract and applicable law require.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, LGPD, POPIA or the Saudi PDPL), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use. Email info@sixsol.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Client data in projects
When we process data on your behalf during a project, we act as your processor and follow your instructions, and we can sign a data processing agreement (DPA). See Security, IP & NDAs.
