A webhook-based AI sales agent that answers enquiries from your own services sheet, asks one qualifying question and keeps a record of every lead.
Free to use and modify. In n8n: Workflows → Import from file, then add your credentials. No sign-up needed.
How it works
- Your website or chat widget POSTs name, email and message to the webhook.
- Requests without a message are rejected before reaching the AI, which saves tokens.
- The agent looks up services and starting prices from your sheet and never invents prices.
- Memory is keyed by email address, so returning visitors continue the same conversation.
- The lead is upserted in your Leads sheet with the last message and reply.
- The reply is returned as JSON to your website or chat widget.

Set it up in 10 minutes
- Connect a chat model (OpenAI by default; Gemini and Claude work too) and Google Sheets.
- Create a sheet with Services (name, description, starting price) and Leads tabs.
- Paste the sheet URL into both Google Sheets nodes.
- Edit the system message with your company name and qualification rules.
- Activate the workflow and send a test POST from your site.
