How we approached it
For a mobile product like PanaceaMED, we map the screens and data flows users rely on most, then build in phases so each release is usable on its own. The app, backend APIs and any admin tools (iOS, Android) are planned together so they do not drift apart.
Each phase ends with a working build for review, and store releases are handled as part of delivery. Clients can extend the same codebase later; several of our app clients have returned for further phases.
