Industrial IoT and agriculture technology
Rugged controllers, long-range sensing and edge AI for sites where reliability matters more than looks.
SixSol builds monitoring and control systems for factories, farms, ranges and buildings. These projects need industrial interfaces, long-range communication and devices that keep working when the network does not.
What we have built
- Industrial IoT controller: ESP32 with GSM, RS-485, Ethernet, isolated inputs, relay outputs and SD logging.
- Automated irrigation controller: soil, flow and pressure sensing with LoRa, pump control and solar power.
- Connected fire monitoring: smoke and air-quality sensing over a LoRa mesh with a central dashboard.
- AI insect detection camera: RK3588 edge inference with an 8 MP close-up camera.
- Range maintenance monitoring: Raspberry Pi logging and maintenance alerts.
What industrial projects need
- Industrial interfaces: RS-485, Ethernet, isolated I/O and relay outputs.
- Long-range links: LoRa and cellular where Wi-Fi does not reach.
- Offline behaviour: local logging and safe defaults when connectivity drops.
- Remote updates that cannot leave a device unrecoverable in the field.
Frequently asked questions
Can devices keep working without internet?
Yes. We design local control and logging so devices keep running offline and sync when the connection returns.
Do you support LoRa and RS-485?
Yes. Our irrigation and fire-monitoring projects use LoRa, and our industrial controller supports RS-485, Ethernet and GSM.
Can you add AI at the edge?
Yes, on platforms such as RK3588 and Raspberry Pi, for example image-based detection without sending video to the cloud.
